Tailored Outdoors

We were very impressed by the attention to detail and craftsmanship of Tailored Outdoors when they constructed our deck. They helped us with everything from timber selections to aftercare products and recommendations to achieve the finish we wanted. We were well informed of the process and supply of materials, the whole project went very smoothly. They were happy to cater to our requirements on site, creating access points to under the deck for serviceability and special cut outs for a refined result. Ben & Eliot were friendly, positive and very hard working, we wouldn't use anyone else!

We had Ben come out to our new home before we moved in for a quote on composite decking for a large area of our home. (alfresco, pool surrounds, side of house to the front door). From the first contact he was very responsive and professional. He was very patient with us been our first home we were waiting for refunds to clear from Solar and verge bonds etc. He let us break the job in half to work around our financial needs so we could make a start on the main areas of concern first (around the pool and alfresco area) When given the go ahead, Ben and Eliot were very professional with times, material deliveries, work schedules, tidy up and getting the job done in a timely manner. Because of the quality of work and how amazing it looks we have decided to deck around the rest of the house. It will cater for our daughters special needs, be much gentler on her feet, knees etc as she has low muscle tone (when climbing out of the pool) everything will be flush to the doors so she doesn’t trip also been vision impaired. We are so grateful and extremely happy with the quality of work. Would highly recommend.

Great workmanship and attention to detail. The coordination and communication with Ben was great. Really impressed with the final result. Can’t go wrong. Great dealing with Elliott , polite, respectful and friendly.

Had our old decking ripped up and replaced with composite. The lads were fantastic to deal with, the job was on budget and completed quickly with a high level of professionalism. Bonus points for the amazing aircon cover they built with the leftovers. Highly recommended

Ben and his team produced a fantastic outcome for us with replacement of our roof deck flooring in difficult conditions coupled with a tricky assignment for access. I would recommend Tailored Outdoors - rain, hail or shine, as they actually had to deal with all of those elements on our project and still managed to complete the job with no fuss, on time, on budget and to a high quality level.
