Tolcairn Builders

Tolcairn came recommended to us by our Designer, Lurie Concepts. From our first meeting on-site with Chris he portrayed professionalism, enthusiasm & building knowledge that immediately put us at ease. It was our first build and Chris immediately felt like a great fit for the project. Throughout the entire building process, Chris’ communication was outstanding, which was extremely important to us, especially in the current climate. He didn’t skip a beat, answered all of our queries and followed up with his trades promptly. His attention to detail is also on point and that’s clearly visible when we look around our completed home. Despite the challenges of a post Covid building environment, Chris always achieved his deadlines which were quick, efficient & clearly communicated. On all levels of the build from the slab going down to the smallest internal detail, Chris was ahead of the game & always worked together with us to make sure we were involved. He was honest and had full transparency at every stage of the process. We were super impressed with how efficient Chris, his team and all of his trades were and also really pleased with the advice that was provided throughout the process. Even the smallest of details were considered. If we didn’t love our home so much, we wouldn’t think twice about building with Tolcairn again! We highly recommend Chris as an outstanding professional builder & a great human to boot.

I cannot fault Tolcairn Builders. Chris is the ultimate professional, skilled craftsman and really nice bloke. From beginning to end Chris made my renovation journey exciting, smooth and hassle free. I was kept informed and consulted on every aspect of each stage. Chris is respectful of your ideas and budget. All of his tradesmen were a pleasure to work with and excellent craftsmen. I encourage anyone considering a build/renovation to have a conversation with Chris. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for such a wonderful transformation.
