We built our home recently with PDCD Homes. The team was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer our questions — no matter how small! During the build, they even took the time to come with us to show different house features like cupboards color, tiles for entire house, kitchen benchtop, tapware, sink, bathtub and so on and make helpful recommendations — which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They worked with us to customize the house to our preferences, showing us different options which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Every time they visited, they took us to see other homes they had built, which really helped us visualize options and make decisions. The quality of their work is exceptional — from the sturdy structure and premium materials to the flawless finishes in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. Every corner of the house reflects careful attention to detail, and you can tell they truly take pride in their build quality. The whole process during built time ran smoothly, and the build was finished right on time within 8 months.
