  As first home buyers and builders I can’t fault MyhomesWA. Danny was great and incredibly patient while we deliberated our choices. We learnt a lot in the process too. We just moved into our home after waiting a few years - which sounds bad however we built in city of Joondalup and it took a year and a bit for council approval due to our unique design. Slab went down in March 25 and we got the keys in Feb 26, nearly could have been December but due to Christmas slow down was delayed. Nevertheless happy with the end product, they found a way to work in our budget and we are very happy with the quality delivered. We got an independent building inspector (ProConsult) for PCI review and even they said it was really well built. To the whole MyHomes team that we dealt with - Danny, Dom, Tania, Ash and John thank you for helping us turn our dream into a reality

  Fantastic builder. They completed a house in Cannington, the design and quote were quick and fair, with no surprises. The entire process, from the very start through to the end of construction, was smooth, and the finished quality is superb. MyHomesWA is responsive and flexible, and they can tailor a home design to suit any block and requirements. Danny is a highly experienced consultant and an excellent problem solver. Progress updates were good, and minor issues picked up by an independent inspector at PCI were fixed within two weeks. Overall, 10 months from slab to handover. I can’t be happier and highly recommend them.

  I've had the handover a few months back and been living comfortably in my dream house ever since. Danny and the team were amazing. They were helpful and informative over the course of the build. I received updates from the office staff regularly. Whenever I raised a concern, it was attended to promptly. I was faced with one problematic issue involving another nearby property also in construction. The team helped to resolve the issue with the other builder. This was extra! I would certainly recommend this builder to everyone I know. Thank you, all of you at MyHomes WA.

  Highly Recommend This Builder – Especially Danny Kouris! We're absolutely thrilled with the end result of our new home! Building a house, especially during such a tumultuous time for the construction industry, felt like a daunting task, but our experience with this builder has left us incredibly pleased. It's been four months since we moved in, and we're so proud of the quality and design of our home. Even our building inspector was pleased with the work done, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship. A significant part of our positive experience was thanks to Danny Kouris. Danny is truly exceptional – highly knowledgeable and incredibly adept at understanding client needs. We had a challenging small block in Southern River, Western Australia, and while other sales representatives from different builders told us our vision wasn't possible, Danny's expertise shone through. He helped us achieve exactly what we wanted, making our dream home a reality. Beyond his professional competence, Danny is friendly, helpful, and kind. If we ever decide to build another home, he'll be our go-to person, regardless of the builder. We also want to commend Nic, our construction manager. Although we only met him twice, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Nic did a fantastic job coordinating the various trades to ensure the work was completed on time. We have no complaints whatsoever about his management. Our building journey followed this timeline: * Initial Contract Signed: June 2023 * Final HIA Contract Signed: October 2023 * Prestart Started: December 2023 * Price Increase of $16,000: March 2024 * Prestart Finished with all variations: April 2024 (Our only disappointment was how long the prestart process took.) * Slab Down: June 2024 * Key Handover: March 2025 Despite the extended prestart, the overall quality of our house is outstanding. We would absolutely build with this company again. We truly appreciate the craftsmanship and the dedication shown, especially given the challenging environment for builders when we commenced our project.

  My Homes WA have completed my dream house. The quality of the build is like a display home. The communication from start to finish is a stand out from many others. I was updated fortnightly on what was or wasn’t happening. Any query I had was annswered usually within the same day or the next at the outside. The team are amazing. Adam, Ash, Tan, John and Gino and all, my site supervisor Dom. They all went in to bat for me to get the best outcome with third parties in hard times. I can’t thank you all enough. I love my new home. Sensational builder.
