We had a very positive experience with Kitco. We watched one of their builds local to us progress and approached them with our own basic one off plan, they were flexible and provided good advice that helped enhance some aspects of the design. They were also accomodating in our addition/desire to modernise some of the finishings. We did not want to build through a mass project builder, hence they were a good fit. During construction, they had no issue in us completing some external works ourselves, which made a big difference at handover and was greatly appreciated. Their trades were friendly and professional, and the overall construction time was very efficient. They are more relaxed than a typical project builder, which comes with both advantages and disadvantages, but for us it worked well. As with any build, things came up during construction that couldn’t realistically be detailed at the plans stage. When this happened, solution options were clearly explained and we were able to make decisions and move on happily. The flexibility went both ways, which I think is important in a successful build. The standout aspects for us were the timeframe from slab down to handover, and the approachability and communication of Sam and Wayne throughout the process.

We built the Wylie with Kitco, changed a couple of things on the plan to suit us, and very impressed. The build went great, contractors were all very professional and very easy people to work with. Thankyou for the team at Kitco we are very happy, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.😎

At 72 years of age, and having worked as a carpenter for most of my life, I decided to build in Cervantes and use Kitco as supplier of house kit to lock up. Product was very good and all things came together as they should with a 5 star rating from me . More importantly though was the service I received from Sam. He impressed me with his honesty , integrity and attention to detail.

We decided on using Kitco to build our new custom home because they listened to our ideas and what we were looking for without trying to talk us out of anything. Ben worked with us to get our ideas into a house plan and was easy to work with. We had our house built to lock up and are very happy with how it turned out. Ben was great with liasing with our chosen local tradies. Sam also answered all my questions promptly and the block and house were left clean and tidy when they finished. I have mentioned Kitco to anyone i speak to who are also looking to build as i would definitely use them if we were to build again.

Kitco homes, completed the build of my house at the end of June this year. I worked with a draftsperson to finalise the design, and what we came up with was a two storey home on a small block (220m2) From the time I took the drawings to Ben at Kitco, I found them brilliant to work with. Ben answered all my queries, of which due to being a perfecionist where quite numerous. Ben was my primary contact at Kitco. And he was brilliant to work with, being a two stoey custom build, there where quite a few complexities and issues to be worked through as we went along, and every time they arose Ben worked with me and addressed everything promptly and professionally, further to that, Ben was really good at keeping me informed of progress, with weekly updates and more often during key stages, which was great, and made me feel involved and at ease, that everything was progressing as per plan.
