We had our media wall built by Mark at smooth finish, we had exceptional service. It was very easy doing business with him. He was always on time and completed the job very professionally. We always get compliments from our guests of how stunning our media wall is, the wall itself is of a high standard and extremely durable, we feel as if we are at the cinemas in our own loungeroom. Partner is into gaming and the media wall has by far enhanced the gaming experience. Mark was able to create a gaming wall behind the tv so the cables are hidden and the consoles are easily accessed from behind the TV. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking at getting a media wall.

We can’t recommend Smooth Finish W.A. enough! Mark was brilliant from start to finish, guiding the design to perfectly suit our space and handling all the quoting and communication seamlessly. They did it all—building the false wall, installing the cornice, mounting our TV and soundbar, fitting the electric fire, and even patching and repainting surrounding areas. Mark, Mitch and Lucas were fantastic on the job itself: professional, courteous, and clearly careful with our home. The team’s workmanship, attention to detail, and communication were outstanding. A truly stress-free experience and results that exceeded every expectation!

We've used smooth finish on a few occasions now in 2 of our properties the service has been impeccable everytime. We have had media walls installed with unique polished Venetian plaster as the finish & some micro cement plinths as surround on some bespoke units. Mark is always happy to go the extra mile & shares some great ideas on designs which has been very helpful.

Poor Mark, I've already booked him for more renos before he even finished this job. Communication - Excellent. Always responded in a timely manner even to my stupid random questions. Very helpful - was reassuring speaking to someone who would tell you honestly their thoughts on selection, provide options, suggestions or alternatives to work within your budget or style requests. We had some interesting DIY projects completed by previous owners that presented some challenges. Mark went above and beyond to source required material and it never felt like it was "too hard" Efficient - on time every day and loved how they were able to break down each day and provide updates for when the electricians were coming or there was a change etc. Workman ship - excellent. The job has absolutely changed the feeling of my house into a "warm homely" home. They left the area clean and were extremely well equipped for all the jobs. We've had numerous contractors in for quotes for different things and each time I felt like it was "too hard" or "they didnt want to". Mark showed me the complete opposite and even helped me bring my "vision" which I've previously been told "couldn't happen" into a reality. I cant wait for the next projects that we have planned and moving forward will 100% be using Smooth Finish WA as well as recommending them to my family and friends. From start to finish the service from Mark and the end result of the upgrade to our theatre room was excellent.
