  Meticulous attention to detail. This led to the delivery of a truly outstanding product which exceeded our expectations. The senior management was readily available to meet and directly address issues that sometimes came up (as expected with any build). This resulted in a much smoother building experience, despite the difficult and uncertain time period for the entire building industry.

  We are the proud owners of a house in Mt Pleasant built by the Giorgi Team. We wanted a contemporary Giogi styled minimalist design house. Our initial meeting was with Danny Giorgi and followed by several discussions with his design team to get the ball rolling . They took care of everything from there onwards. The entire building process was a completely anxiety and hassle free experience for us , unlike the many sad tales we hear from our friends about the long delays, bad n shoddy workmanship they encountered from their builders . Despite the house being built during the Covid period where material shortages etc were causing lots of havoc to many projects , our house completion was only slightly delayed by just a few months . I guess Giorgi's reputation and project planning speak lots in the building trade when there is a crisis. During construction, our very experienced and approachable site supervisor "Tino" kept us posted regularly regarding the progress on site. Every aspect of the building process and final finishings were professionally carried out by their core team of regular tradies, many working with Giorgi for years. This was an indication to us and providing us the assurance of good quality work unlike builders using temporary and irresponsible fly by night workers. We have lived in this beautiful Giorgi home for 3 years now with no defects whatsoever and with absolutely nothing to complain about. Moreover, despite the years since handing over , recently we were shown the very responsible spirit of Giorgi when they rushed over to repair an unexpected leak in our garage caused by the unprecedented rainfall and freak storms in Perth. Giorgi completes their projects responsibily and is proud of their completed work even years after the building was handed over. This is the quality and hallmark of a builder we can trust and count on when we are ready to build another house.
