Excellent business and product. With special mention to Melissa through the purchasing process we could not have been more impressed with the level of customer service. The pergola was extremely well packaged for transportation to Brisbane. It is well engineered and with a little DIY know how relatively easy to assemble in a day once the footings are set. The pergola is structurally very sound, aesthetically pleasing and a great shade and privacy solution for our pool area - despite these photographs depicting a grey day. Would certainly purchase again and highly recommend to others.

We purchased a cabana for our pool area from Exterior Life. We are so happy with it. It looks amazing. The communication was great. From the first initial equiry, right up to installation. The workmanship is outstanding. It's made with quality materials. They were also happy to add in an extra pole at my last minute request. Thanks Alex and team for helping transform our pool area, i can't wait to see it once it's all finished :)

We bought The Hollywood pergola for our swimming pool area. It looks wonderful standing there, and it provides plenty of shade. We did have one problem with the construction in that the holes for the bolts on the rafters did not align with the internal brackets. We were offered replacement rafters or a $500 bonus to Have someone redo the holes for us. We opted for the cash because Perth is a long way from Gippsland and it would’ve taken some time to do the replacement. A factory with an electric hacksaw fixed our problem and everything fitted beautifully. Our problem was resolved very quickly with no trouble at all. Exterior life is a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them. I highly recommend their product as well.
