  We built with Direct Homes last year ... our pad went down in August 2024 and we moved in early March 2025. The whole process was seamless and can only recommend Direct Homes to anybody considering farm house building. Matt, Rachel and the team were great to deal with, nothing was ever too hard and the tradies worked like clockwork with different trades being onsite nearly every day during the build.

  We had a great experience with Direct homes from start to finish Matt and the team were fantastic. The trades were quick, Matt was very organised and always available when we had questions. We were lucky enough to get the keys before Christmas! The granny flat was move in ready with nothing else to do. Highly recommend Direct Homes. Our build was under 6months with quality finishes!

  After messing around with another builder for a few months and nothing was progressing, we had noticed several builds in our area flying up by Direct Homes. We thought we should meet them and see what the deal was with all these beautiful homes. We met Matt and signed on the spot! Informative, no beating around the bush, upfront and knowledgeable. Everything we hadn't got at the other builder at that stage. This was the 3rd time we have built and by far the best experience. Nothing was too hard or inconvenient for Matt and he worked with us throughout the whole process, very responsive. 6 months from slab down, 9 months since we signed up. Absolutely unheard of these days especially for a farmhouse build. Quality and specification is top notch as well with many inclusions other builders don't have. Thank you to Matt and his team, we would 100% build again with you

The build was completed incredibly fast with no compromise on quality. The team were fantastic to deal with, especially Matt, Rachel and Laura, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
