  We have just had our home renovated by Clarke Custom Homes and can’t speak loudly enough about the professional service we have received. Ron Clarke has always been very professional with us. He is very communicative and maintains a clear and informative dialog with us during the renovation of our property. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and any issues that have arisen during the renovation have been addressed. Ron is very particular about the quality of work completed with all work being completed to a high standard. The timeframe for our renovation was originally estimated to be 4 months. We moved back into the house four and a half months later. We had a two week delay because of COVID and shortage of materials. All sub-contractors used by Ron have been similarly professional and approachable. Lee, Ron’s offsider, has a similar work ethic to Ron. We are very happy with the service we have received from Clarke Custom Homes and recommend them for any work needed to be done.

I would describe Ron as a quiet achiever, he just gets the job done without any fuss or chest beating. Ron has an amazing network of trades who we found to reliable, trustworthy and tidy onsite. As you can imagine renovating and extending a 100 year old home had its challenges, Ron and I worked very closely together throughout the whole project without any tense moments.   Our experience in dealing with Ron has been first class. We engaged Clarke Custom Homes for a complicated renovation and extension project with many changes required during the project to achieve the outcome we wanted. Ron's accommodating, thoughtful and calm approach really made the difference. He was always focused on achieving the right outcome and finding ways to simply solve any challenges that arose. We couldn't be happier with the result. Renovations can be stressful - Ron made it easier than it would otherwise have been.

  Choosing a company to commit your investment was no easy choice. Ron from the start presented professionally, with integrity and all I can say now is that I made that correct investment to allow Ron to complete my renovation project. Ron went above and beyond to look after me, also was very mindful of my budget requirements.   I appointed Ron Clarke to renovate our first home after over 12 months of evaluating various home builders in the Perth market. Ron and his team are trustworthy, honest and went beyond his contractual obligations by providing advice to optimise expenditure thereby assisiting us in making the project financially feasible before the build. Clarke Custom Homes exceeded our expectations and delivered a quality home, on time and within our budget. Ron is highly recommended. I would certainly use Clarke Custom Homes if i ever build another home.

  Ron came highly recommended to us when we were planning for a renovation. Ron did indeed lived up to his reputation. He and his trades, especially Lee has been amazing!! Ron is professional, helpful & honest. From the start to finish, he has gone beyond his way to assist us as well as given us great advice for our home. What impressed me most about Ron is that, he listen to our needs and have an eye for details. Being in the construction business and a very pedantic person, Ron's high standard of finishing is phenomenal. Our home renovation came in within our budget and on time.
