Congratulations Yuliya and Steven on completing our new house. It’s been a long journey for all of us, but we are thrilled with the result and the quality of your work. The lack of any defects during our walkthrough was particularly impressive and we are very excited to be moving in.

We just completed building with Wojcicki Construction and all I can say is "Thank God we found them". We were fortunate enough to find them while we were designing the house. Their extensive building knowledge ensured our dream house fit within our budget without sacrificing the the high quality features we were looking for. Yulia & Steve attended the design meetings with our draftsman to ensure our vision was captured in the plans. The craftsmanship of our house is outstanding, Steve and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The attention to detail, even in areas we would never have seen, shows that Steve takes immense pride in his work. Yuliya kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we got what we wanted and keeping everything on time and on budget. At the end of the day our home was completed early, right on budget and to a very high standard. What more could you want? The team at Wojcicki Constructions were amazing to work with at our function centre project! They provide such a high quality of work and attention to detail, which is what you want from your builder. They listened to us and recommended options that were also cost-effective, which is a bonus! We used Steve on our renovation in Lyonville 3 years ago. The work that he has done is still as strong as the day it was installed. The floors and walls are still straight and nothing has moved. Time is the test for build quality and the work that was done has passed that main test. He is professional, he an eye for detail, his workmanship is excellent and comes up with solutions to any problems that would arise with the build.
