We had Alan from Vision build our new home. Our experience was positive. We custom designed our own home. Alan built it on time and to the fixed contract price. Building new houses always comes with hurdles. When these occurred we consulted the plans and contract with Alan. 99.9% of the time the contract covered any issues and we all worked very cooperatively together. The only criticism we have is some of the finishes on the timber work could have been done differently. We brought this up with Alan and he was happy to help rectify this at a time convenient to us in the future. Alan is a punctual and reliable builder who delivers what he says he will. After build service has also been good too. If we were to build another house we would engage Alan again.

My partner and I chose to build our first home with Vision in 2018. After having had a negative experience before our previous build had begun, we stumbled upon Alan & Matt and never looked back. We were not the easiest clients, without navigating a build previously but holding a lengthy list of demands - yet the Vision team never batted an eyelid. Nothing was ever too difficult and we were constantly met with positivity, kindness and an overwhelming desire to help us create our home. Having now lived in the property for two years, we are absolutely over the moon that we chose Vision and love our house, just as much as the first day! The quality, value for money and service provided is second to none. Thank you Alan, Matt and the team for letting us be apart of your family.
