  Not a T K Old customer per se, but had a great experience I wanted to share. We moved into an established property and discover a leak in the garage roof that was damaging the ceiling plaster. We were advised by some tradespeople to get the builder to fix it under warranty. So we got in touch with T K Old after finding out they built the house and they were excellent from the start. Matt the construction manager came out promptly to assess the situation and established it wasn't a major leak etc. He got the roof plumbers out to fix the leak. Plasters came in to fix the damaged ceiling and painters came in and finished the job. It looks brand new now. This was all done in a matter of two weeks. Matt was communicative throughout the process. I'm very impressed by this service which was for warranty repair only. If their build service is anywhere near this good, I'd have no trouble recommending them.

  My husband and I moved into our brand new TK Old home this week and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is exceptional and we have had multiple family friends who are tradespeople comment on the finishes. From our experience, TK Old truly care about building homes that will last and look good for years to come. Our project manager Matt was fantastic and we couldn’t rate him higher. His communication throughout the build and dedication in providing a beautiful home is second to none. From start to finish we felt included and informed. Whilst we don’t plan on moving for a very long time, if we ever build again there is no doubt who we will be building with. Thank you again!

The staff at the office were always really helpful and the guys on site were always really accommodating. we would recommend T.K.Old Homes to anyone wanting to build. Thank you all for making our build journey stress free. We absolutely love our home.

  We were recommended TK Old to build our knockdown/rebuild family sized home in Croydon. We were impressed with the quality of build and were happy to find a local well established family business. TK Old exceeded expectations. We found them open, ethical, flexible and excellent communicators. I have nothing but gratitude to the team who helped me navigate a very challenging change in circumstances. Communication was very direct - either via the friendly office staff or directly with Andy - and I felt the whole building process was organised and streamlined. I have no hesitation in endorsing this professional and caring business. They all went over and above expectations and made possible what could have been a tough experience. Thanks all.

  This week my husband and I moved into our new T K Old home. Designed as our forever home we set out with an open plan concept in mind with some big ticket items incorporated into the build. T K Old has delivered us a home that can only be described as outstanding. It surpassed our expectations in quality of build and also presentation. The spotted gum flooring throughout the house is exceptional as to is the cedar alfresco ceiling. The retainer wall and exposed aggregate driveway and pathing completed our build perfectly and both were constructed to the highest levels of perfection. Throughout the build we were in constant contact with the office staff, Hazel and Lisa, and also the project managers, Adrian and Graeme. All parties to the build were very professional and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend T K Old enough to build your next home.   We are nearing completion of our quality built T K Old home. During a time of so much uncertainly and hardship within the building industry, T K Old have progressed our build to the highest of standards. Their choice of trades have been beyond expectations and as I wander through our newly developed estate I’m constantly rewarded as other trade builders speak so highly of T K Old homes and their respective trade people. I look forward to completion, which is definitely on track and couldn’t recommend T K Old more highly. The quality, personal contact, approachability and professionalism could never be mirrored by the larger builders. Thanks T K Old for a quality build. Regards Peter and Gail Williams
