Everyone I dealt with at Thinkpod was wonderful! Carol was patient and thorough, making sure I was extremely happy with my decisions. She guided me through the process seamlessly. Giri was meticulous in organising the trades, setting up times with me. His workmen were wonderful. My Thinkpod is ready a week before I was expecting! So excited to start being creative in my new space. Thank you everyone.

We had a wonderful experience with ThinkPods - from the initial meeting with Tristan through to the final inspection with Giri (and everything in between with the talented boys in each trade), the project ran like clockwork. The end result exceeded our expectations and we love our backyard Kyoto Pod. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending ThinkPods; a truly professional company who impressed us each step of the progress.

A huge thank you to Giri, Dale, Carol and the whole team at ThinkPods. From the start to the finish was an absolute pleasure to deal with and highly recommend. We loved the fact that we could view the PODS onsite in Moorabbin. ThinkPods have a 3 step system explaining everything along the way. Very reasonable pricing. Professional! Quality! Outstanding! Quick project delivery! It’s exactly what we envisioned for our home office lifestyle.

I found ThinkPods to be very professional, procedural and good communicators. This is really important to us when needing any job done. Building a garden studio was a big undertaking for us. ThinkPods made the whole process simple to understand, particularly with clear timelines set in place. The whole team worked very well with us. Our project manager Giri kept us informed at all times and always returned my calls promptly. Polite and a knowledgeable communicator, at all times. Tim, our builder, was fantastic to work with, handling difficult situations with good grace and manners. All of the team appeared to me to be hard working and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. Many thanks for Tristan for our initial consultation work and thanks to the support staff. We love our new garden studio and would highly recommend ThinkPods.
