  Spot On Reblocking did an incredible job restumping our house in Brunswick. It was a massive job with over 100 stumps plus a lot of the joists were rotted and needed replacing. Elias and Simone kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very open and transparent about all costs involved. Elias and Jason’s work was impeccable and were very respectful of our home and lovely to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommended to anyone that would want their house to be restumped. Thank you is not enough to say! I am forever grateful with these guys.   We had Spot On Reblocking restump five rooms of our house. Elias and Jason were consistently reliable, professional and warm people who provided a high quality result for our home. They were always respectful and particularly considerate of my safety as a pregnant woman. Simone also deserves a praise for her administrative support and patience in talking us through contracts and payment plans. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, and we wouldn't think twice before using their services again. Thank you!

  I had my house re-stumped and underpinned by Spot On Reblocking. True to their name, Elias' team did a great job, the floor is is now perfectly level. The team was polite, honest and very trustworthy. All works were completed under a permit and were independently checked by a building surveyor. I could not be any happier with the outcome.   Elias and his team have worked on our house in Balwyn North, and he is truly the best builder we have ever encountered. He is honest, transparent, looks after your house as if it were his own house, and does great thorough work. Simone manages all of the contracts, and you really feel so well informed. It is a very professional managed business. I wish there were more people like Elias, Jason & Simone.
