We recently moved into our newly built SJD home in Drouin. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from start to finish. With the help from Colette we picked our colours and floor plan, the correspondence we received from Colette was great! If we had to make any amendments she was always available to consult with us! And to our site supervisor Matt, you made building our first home feel like a walk in the park, we had very few issues during the build, but if there was any problems encountered Matt was the first to let us know, we are very happy with the quality of our build! Absolutely fantastic!! We had our new house handed over in January this year and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home. We built the 2 storey Mentone and made a lot of changes to the floor plan to suit our needs, which were never a problem for SJD. The finishes have been fantastic and was a big factor in building with SJD over others, their attention to detail. Dave our build supervisor has been helping us with the maintenance items that have been identified after handover, and every little thing has been dealt with in a fast manner. Nothing has been an issue too small and the communication between Dave and ourselves has been fantastic - open and honest.
