We have built with Generation Homes twice now—first a unit, and recently a house—and both experiences were exceptional. The team at Generation Homes maintains a high standard of customer-centric service. Our site supervisor, Nathan, was outstanding. He promptly returned our calls, always followed through on commitments, and was open to hearing any changes or concerns we had. His deep knowledge and sound advice helped us make the right choices throughout the process. After being impacted by the PD collapse, Generation Homes stepped in and made the entire journey smooth sailing for us. They honored all inclusions and were transparent with pricing. Colin, the manager, provided invaluable input, and we greatly appreciated his guidance. Sarah, working behind the scenes, was the backbone of the operation—efficiently handling all compliance certificates and always available to answer our questions. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the trades they employed were professional, reliable, and adhered to the timeline. They were also very upfront about any potential issues, which we appreciated. If my husband had the choice, he would build another house with Generation Homes in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them for their quality finish and exceptional customer service.

We are in our dream home and it’s thanks to Generation builders . Nothing was too hard even though we engaged them after construction had commenced with another builder and circumstances meant we were in the market for someone to take over and complete . All our interactions with the Colin and the team have been great . A huge call out to our site supervisor Nathan, hands down the best supervisor we have had , he listened and he did his very best for perfection . The site was always left clean at the end of the day and that’s not something you see with most builders . The whole team was friendly and responsive , we never waited more than a few hours for a response to a query if that. We are very happy and have been in our home for 3 months now and touchwood all is well with nothing major to report back on . Thank you team ! Keep up the great work

Generation Builders Group built my first home, I cant fault them. They have been very helpful with adjustments in helping me pick colour schemes for the house and followed up with concerns I have had with the house after the build. They are such a beautiful team, happy and joyful and easy to talk to. After we unfortunately lost our builder, Generation Homes came to the rescue and we couldn’t have asked for an easier and smooth process. They helped us with our unique needs and got our house across the line. Cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of Nathan and Colin. They were open, honest and all round great to deal with. Recommend them to anyone who asks about building a house.

Generation Builder's Group is very professional in building my 2 townhouses completed in Dec 2021. I am living in one since completion. Through out the process I find the builder very helpful; flexible to suggestions and requests; excellent workmanship & hassles free. The townhouses were completed on time as per the contract. The build quality of the townhouses are extremely high standard. Although its been almost 3 years since, there have not been any issue and everything works as it suppose to. The whole experience from building to living is very satisfying.

We built our dream home with generation builders. They are a custom builder that are fairly priced and take time and care in the projects, everyone that has ever entered our house has always commented on the finishes. Nathan was our site superviser and great to deal with.
