From the moment we first met Peter and Gina, we felt at ease and knew that we could trust them to build our new family home. As first time builders it was comforting to know that we weren’t just another client. We had drawn the design ourselves and together with their expertise and knowledge we were able to make adjustments to the plans in order to make our home perfect. Their membership within the Independent Builders Network meant that we had the option to utilise a design company that assisted with our many choices to be made. One visit to the showroom in Melbourne was all we needed to select our internal and external colour schemes. Peter and Gina’s guidance and advice continued throughout the build and making small changes was never too much trouble. Constant communication throughout the process meant that no detail was over looked and checks were always made before moving on to the next stage to ensure that we were happy with the choices we had made much earlier. All trades people chosen to complete each stage were of the same quality and standard that we had come to expect. It is of our opinion, that smaller building companies provide a more personalised service and this was true with Second Generation Builders. It is without a second thought that we would recommend them to anyone whether it be their first or forever home.
