  The back of our house flooded after a bath was left running. B&M were organised through our insurance company, and Ben came out within hours (late at night) of being contacted. Ben and Matt were thorough in their inspection, removal or carpets and setting up the process for drying out the area and reassessing the situation as needed. They provided us with all the necessary steps and processes. Highly recommend this company.

  Mould is never something you want in your house and when it appeared on the ceiling after a recent leak, I was completely lost as to what do. Fortunately for me the B&M team took care of it in a timely manner, to an extremely high standard. Their communication was excellent. They asked me what time suited our family and they were there when they said they would be. They cleaned up after themselves, often leaving rooms in much better condition than they found them. They filled me in on each step of the process and even gave advice about future work. I would wholeheartedly recommend B&M to anyone in need of Restoration Services.
