  Testimonial for SavVy Renovations: A Seamless Home Renovation Experience. Why We Wholeheartedly Recommend Geoff and His Team!! Finding a licensed, reputable builder for a major home renovation can be a daunting task, especially when you want genuine quality and peace of mind. As a retired couple who planned to stay living in our home throughout the renovation of our kitchen, main bathroom, laundry, and ensuite, we knew we needed someone we could truly trust with our space and our plans. After plenty of searching we were absolutely delighted to discover Geoff from SavVy Renovations. From our very first meeting, Geoff brought a level of care, professionalism, and genuine understanding that set SavVy Renovations apart. He listened carefully to what we wanted for stage 1 of our two-part renovation and took the time to explain every step. Stage 2 would be the ensuite only. Our priorities were straightforward but essential: the project needed to be completed on time, with competitive pricing, and above all, with outstanding workmanship. Geoff’s approach ticked all the boxes. He understood our requirements as retirees living on site and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. One of the standout moments for us was when Geoff presented detailed and creative renders before we even signed the contract. These visual plans not only gave us confidence but also helped us see how our vision would come together. It was clear from the get-go that Geoff valued transparency and wanted us to feel comfortable every step of the way. The SavVy Renovations team is a true credit to Geoff’s leadership. We’d like to mention everyone who played a part: Geoff himself, always approachable, worked on the ‘tools’ when necessary and was always responsive; Luke, whose carpentry skills set the foundation; Megan, who dealt with all the admin and was always available and very helpful with any questions we had; Daniel, our reliable plumber; Nick, who handled the tiling with precision; Rob, the creative spark behind the electrical work; Issac, who laid the flooring beautifully; Mark, whose plastering was seamless; Leyden, who tackled all the odd jobs with a can-do attitude; and both Geoff and Luke again, who made sure all the finishing touches were spot-on. Throughout the project, every team member was reliable, friendly, and showed real respect for our home. They worked efficiently, kept us informed, and always made sure the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day… a small thing that made a huge difference for us, still living in the house. We felt comfortable and cared for, never like we were just another job. In summary, SavVy Renovations exceeded all our expectations of our renovations journey. If you’re looking for a builder who delivers quality workmanship, creative solutions, and a team you can trust in your home, we can’t recommend Geoff and his crew highly enough.   We recently engaged Savvy to complete repairs to our roof due to significant damage from a fallen tree. We could not be happier with the experience! Geoff and his entire team have done a brilliant job at every point in the process. From the detailed quoting, pricing, communication, being mindful of our budget, quality of work and how tidy they left the site upon completion, we cannot fault them.   I engaged Savvy Renovations (Geoff) to undertake internal renovations at my property in early 2024. The works included removal of several internal walls, building in a mezzanine type study space across open stairwell, a new kitchen, new laundry, full replacement of the main bathroom and completely replacing flooring for the complete downstairs of my property. In effect, all of the house had some level of work with the exception of the bedrooms. I met with Geoff on several occasions to talk through design and layout options and was very comfortable that Geoff had a great understanding of what I was trying to achieve in improving the layout and functionality of the house, whilst also understanding what I liked. Geoff connected me with a design app that helped us worked through some samples and led to final design drawings. Once agreed on scope of works and budget, the work commenced on time with Geoff coordinating all aspects of the work (which required builders, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, tilers, painters etc). The whole project was delivered on time (approx. 3 months) and on budget, with Geoff actively engaging and talking through each stage with me, guiding me through decisions (flooring, fixtures, fittings, appliances, colours, tiles etc) and offering expert advice along the way. The documentation for invoicing was easy to understand and staged throughout the build and nothing was ever to difficult to accommodate or work through. This was a huge renovation and in short, I would highly recommend Savvy Renovations - the professionalism, communication, timeliness, adhering to the budget and timelines and the quality of the work were exceptional. Thank you, I couldn't be happier with the end result.

  There is nothing like the piece of mind you have when you have confidence in your builder. Our home of 25 years was in desperate need of an update. Having seen the quality of Savvy’s work we were eager to contract Savvy to renovate our bathroom and en suite, along with new wardrobe storage. It was such a positive experience to have a builder that communicated well and was able to take on our design aspirations to a better than imagine reality. We could see the attention to detail and the efficient follow up of concerns gave us reassurance in the quality of the build.
