Raise and Relevel

We were recently advised that our property needed underpinning, so we invited 3 businesses to quote, including Raise and Relevel. Joel from Raise and Relevel was punctual, polite and very helpful with explaining the process R&R uses and took many measurements across our floor plan before providing a quote. We decided to use R&R as they were competitive, came on site for a further discussion and evaluation and reassured us on undertaking such a large project without causing more cost or complications. R&R also had a solution for managing the repairs to our parquetry flooring (which their competitors did not!) R&R were onsite for two days and injected resin along the perimeter of our house, garage and internally. We were aiming for stabilisation of our waffle slab and we achieved lift. Trevor, the team leader, was fantastic to work with and kept us in the loop at all times. We were impressed with the service locating work done by Jordan. Thank you to Joel, Darren, Trevor, Jordan and the hard working team for all their efforts, we appreciate a job well done. We highly recommend Raise and Relevel for underpinning work! I had a sinking area around my pool and Morgan fixed it up brilliantly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.
