She generously spent over an hour with me, walking me through every aspect of the process and answering all my questions thoroughly. We covered everything from project timelines and Modscape’s involvement, to financing options, construction stages, finishes and sustainability. Her ability to break down complex details into clear, easy-to-understand information made the whole experience really valuable.   Highly Informative and Professional Consultation I inquired about Modscape’s modular construction and received a call from Brooke Astaire (Project Consultant) on the same day. She was pleasant, professional, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to patiently answer all my questions over a ~20 min conversation. We discussed timelines, what stage of the project Modscape gets involved, bank financing, footing systems, the build process, and fine finishes. Brooke provided clear insights into each stage, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of modular construction. I truly appreciate her patience and expertise.   Absolutely sublime services, I wouldn't go anywhere else. the staff were extremely friendly and i am satisfied with my home, which i struggled to pick from the huge list of alluring designs (although some may have been a little obscure). Thanks to Rob and Kumar for the cheeky 50% discount it was very kind of you. One problem though, it kinda burnt down the other night but i was happy while it lasted :)
