MK Building Group and their incredible team shown an exceptional level of expertise, attention to detail and quality of craftsman from the start until the end, assisting and guiding us with the discrepancies and challenges we had with the designs and engineering, ultimately delivering us a high quality home which have far exceeded our expectations. The team continually have shown a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service from point of contact (tender), right through to aftercare of post hand-over maintenance.   I recently completed the process of a Joint Venture with MK Building Group and moved into our beautiful new home in August 2023. Magda, Con and the entire team at MK Building Group made the whole process so easy and stress free, from the very first meeting with them. Over the years I have heard many sad/extremely disappointing stories of people who have been building a "new home", their "forever home" and the amount of problems, setbacks and obstacles put in their way, had taken all the excitement and joy out of what they were doing. That certainly wasn't my experience. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at MK, they are upfront, honest and the lines of communication throughout was first class and everything you could ask for. They certainly made me feel like I was an important part of the whole process and that my thoughts and ideas mattered. I have sung my praises of MK to many friends and family throughout the build, regarding the professional and very thoughtful way they go about everything. If anyone was to ask me my thoughts on proceeding with a Joint Venture with MK Building Group my response, without hesitation, would be "You are in very good hands with MK". I also need to mention, having looked at many new town houses, it is very easy to see the standard of work that MK produce.
