I received the most understanding and caring service from Greta as I arranged engraving for our mum’s gravestone. Greta explained the process very clearly and walked me through all the paperwork, making this process easy at this very difficult time. She also assisted with arrangements with the paperwork on our behalf which was very much appreciated. Her service is extremely professional and we were very grateful that she managed the engraving for us. Her communication via email, phone calls and text messages was also appreciated. Teresa
