  We engaged Keystone to renovate our home on the Surfcoast. Iain and Peter were excellent to deal with. They were highly professional, great problem solvers and communicators and their work was exceptional. The whole process ran smoothly, with attention to detail, timely coordination of sub trades and the whole project came in on budget. We are very happy with an outcome that was excellent value for money.

Iain was incredibly helpful right from the start – helping us make big decisions like choosing the right architect, weighing up knockdown vs renovation, and thinking through what made sense from both a lifestyle and investment perspective. He walked us through different floor plan options and helped us focus on the areas that would really make an impact – both for how we live and for future resale. What really stood out was how chill, kind and understanding he was the whole way through. No pressure, just genuinely thoughtful advice that made us feel supported and confident.   We engaged Keystone to largely demolish and rebuild our house at Anglesea during 2024-2025. We found them to be a truly professional outfit from start to finish of the project. They provided a competitive and well researched quote. Iain Wiebenga helped refine the specifications for the project with his outstanding industry knowledge including of quality building products and suppliers. His assistance with getting the project started was invaluable including his assistance navigating building surveyor and other approvals. The project was completed ahead of time and within budget. The quality of the work is quite simply superb. Site supervisor Peter Gordyn is a tradesman who strives for and achieves perfection and expects the same from all of the tradespeople on site. Quite simply we could not be more pleased with the outcome and could not recommend the Keystone group more highly. They are outstanding builders and as a bonus they are very nice people to deal with.   Iain and his team helped us with an extensive renovation of our family home over a number of years. From day one Keystone enabled us to get the project moving knowing we had a trusted builder in our corner as well as the confidence to tackle challenges the that lay ahead. Iain's knowledge of traditional construction techniques as well discerning attention to detail means that renovation and restoration projects are done to the standard that would make the original craftsman proud. The result was a bespoke, practical and efficient transformation of our family home that we are very proud of. Thanks mate, couldn’t have done it without you!
