Ali and Zia attended our house to restore our floor boards that was badly done by another installer. They did a fantastic job. They both displayed a depth of knowledge that made us confident of their skills. The job was professionally and neatly done. They communicated well through the process and pricing was good. I would definitely be engaging them in future projects. We have already lined them up for a future project.

Zia at KBTR did a an excellent job in my bathroom and laundry renovation. He provided useful input to help us with our design of the bathroom. I'd recommend clarifying the inclusions and exclusions in the quote, some exclusions were not explicitly stated which is useful to know beforehand. Once we decided to go ahead with him, Zia worked carefully and efficiently in removing the old parts of the bathroom and progressively installing all the new bits as needed. The end result was a really tidy finish. I'd recommend Zia and would use his services again.

Zia and the KBTR team have done a great job renovating my bathroom. The tiling work was beautiful and Zia's attention to detail and perfectionist tendencies have resulted in the simple but elegant work you see in the pictures. He gave us good advice that helped us make better decisions in designing our bathroom, balancing both costs and aesthetics. I highly recommend getting Zia and KBTR if you need any tiling or renovation jobs done. They are a good value-for-money service provider that is hard to come by nowadays when paying premiums does not easily equate to high quality jobs done. This team is a hidden gem.
