Our experience with Green Design Homes could not have been better. Each person we dealt with from start to finish was not only professional, knowledgeable and helpful, but were also quality people: friendly, polite and cheerful. We met the build crews as we were on site, and they are the same quality lovely people. You hear horror stories about the paperwork side of building, we'll it doesn't get a run in this story. We had a pleasant shock with the efficiency of the process. I was tempted to write a review as soon as we moved in, but waited so we could experience the house. Well, it's as good as it looks. The build is everything we wanted. Green's did a lot of design configuration to get us there and it looks and works beautifully. The quality of finish and build is exceptional, not only in finish and looks, but in how well the house is insulated. We have a wood heater and throughout this past winter have not had it on until evening whilst surrounding houses are burning all day. The window glazing is incredible as it shuts out so much noise. Neighbours chainsaws that you would otherwise hear are gone until you open the window. Fifty years of working across four fields and interacting at a high level with thousands of people within hundreds of organisations, exposed me to well run and not so well run units. It is unusual to come across a company that has balanced happy people and exceptional service. Thanks Peter and crew.

As a first home owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Green Design Homes. From our first meeting through to the final handover, the entire process was smooth, transparent and exceptionally well managed. The communication was consistent throughout the build and any questions or concerns I had were promptly and professionally addressed which made me feel genuinely supported every step of the way. Having no prior experience in home design, I really valued their expert advice that helped me make confident decisions that aligned with my budget and taste. Any of the minor maintenance issues that arose during the cool off period were resolved quickly and without hassle, showing that their commitment to quality doesn’t end once the keys are handed over. Now, after several years of owning the home, I can confidently say that my home has exceeded expectations in terms of durability and design. The high quality materials and applicances they have used made a noticeable difference when compared to other homes of a similar age. I would absolutely choose to build with Green Design Homes again. Their team is warm, approachable and clearly passionate about what they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home that they will love.
