In December 2024 we took possession of our new Arkadian built Home and we could not be happier. From start to finish Jeff and Fiona were wonderful to work with to realise our dream home. Their base level of inclusions include items is quite comprehensive and contains items which other builders have as part of their second and third level inclusions upgrades. Jeff was willing to work with us to help our dreams come to life and Fiona was extremely helpful during the colour selection process. Michelle at the display home was welcoming and helpful when we visited and the whole team takes great pride in their work, which shows in the finished product. If we had the opportunity to build again, we would definitely select Arkadian Homes again. Thanks Jeff, Fiona and Team, from Anthony & Carmela

I recently built with Arkadian Homes and am so incredibly glad I chose them! I am thrilled with the quality of my home, Jeff and Fiona went above and beyond to ensure that all elements of my home were well made and finished. The materials, fittings, fixtures and appliances they sourced were all of excellent quality and the craftsmanship of the build is superb. I felt that Jeff and Fiona were genuinely invested in my build and in producing a quality home. I found them to be very reasonable in price and incredibly flexible and open to ideas about what may work on my block and with my home design. The entire process was smooth, they kept me informed and offered continual reliable construction advice. They are clearly extremely experienced and it shows in the outcome of the home. I have had many compliments on the home, the design, the colours and the quality – all thanks to Jeff and Fiona’s expertise. To top it off, they are genuinely nice people, very down to earth and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build (and have already done so) and thank them for making my home and the building process so fabulous!

Amazing build with Arkadian Homes! Jeff and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience with construction that has delivered us our dream home. The difference of using a local builder using local trades vs a volume builder is clearly seen in the quality of their work, thank you again Arkadian.
