We used Geelong Verandas for our project and dealt directly with Sep. He was very direct and decisive, which we appreciated — no messing around or over-promising. The permit turnaround was quick, and once everything was approved he made a move on the job straight away. Communication was clear and to the point, and decisions were made efficiently without delays. Overall, a smooth process and a builder who actually gets things done.

I had recently moved into my new home in Armstrong creek and I had every thing but an outdoor space. Sep came down in a very unusual ride I might say (jaw dropping) from the vibe , his energy and enthusiasm and his knowledge about building permits i knew I was in good hands. Sep took care of building permits which was great because other builders didn't have that full type of service I was after. He had some really good ideas and built me a modular steel flatdek patio which perfectly matched my home as he said steel designs match new home designs. He added onto my alfresco attached L shaped patio which gives me great space. Lots of compliments from everyone. Thanks again mate
