He’s honest, very approachable and patient in addressing all our questions. The quote was very detailed with a fair price. Communication has been easy and prompt throughout the building process.. Khalid often willing to take extra steps to address any issues along the way. We are very happy with the final outcome and friends are all very much impressed. Highly recommended!

  Fine Line homes has just completed our home in Knoxfield, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. Very professional, and flexible, Khalid did not disappoint in workmanship and pricing.   Thanks for your quality build, flexibility and speed in execution! We engaged Fine Line Homes as our builder for a 3 unit development in Heidelberg Heights. Khalid was our builder and site supervisor. He is extremely hard-working and honest. We started this project in 2020 and half way through had the covid pandemic start which added some stress and uncertainty but Fine Line Homes was still able to complete the project within 9 months and navigate the material shortage swiftly. During the project and due to our planning permit requirements from council we needed to complete an outfall drain upgrade which required diging up 3 neighbours easements. This was well managed by Khalid keeping costs within the allowance and making sure all the neighbours were happy with reinstatement work. In addition, no major issues post hand over, when little things come up which is normal with building the response time by Fine Line Homes has been great, they are quick to respond and keep their tradies and supplier honest for rectification / warranty work. I would definitely recommend Fine Line Homes. Hopefully we will work together again in the future.
