We used Dean from Extendpro for a major renovation of our house in 2023/2024. He came highly recommended from 2 friends in which he had also completed major renovation works to their homes. Therefore we already had a level of comfort knowing he would do an excellent job. From the get go Dean was upfront, honest, reliable and the communication level was outstanding. If I rang or emailed and he couldn’t answer he would get back to me within the hour. The finished product of our house is just perfect. The quality is outstanding. I also really liked that Dean had reliable tradespeople that he used that I could tell had a very high level of experience and seemed to have a well established working relationship with Dean. I would highly recommend Extendpro, we are beyond happy with our finished product and I would even do it again using Dean from Extendpro!

We could not recommend Dean and the ExtendPro team more highly. We are incredibly happy with the extension and renovation which ExtendPro did for us. The work is if the highest quality, was on budget and on time. We really enjoyed working with Dean. His communication was excellent, we were well informed and he was always open to discussing new ideas and alternative options. In short he is the best builder we have worked with.

We used Extendpro for a recent major renovation and extension. I cannot recommend Dean and the team more highly. From our first meeting Dean was easy to deal with. Dean is a natural and talented communicator - he explained everything carefully, checked in with us regularly, responded quickly and was patient in explaining things and helping us when we needed advice or guidance. The quality of the work from the team was exceptional. Our house came together as a thing of beauty and they realised our vision. The fixtures and finishings Dean chose are stunning. All of his trades are great to deal with and share his commitment to high quality. We know of others who have also had wonderful experiences working with Dean as well - Extendpro are superstars and if you’re building or renovating - you’d be crazy not to trust them with creating your new home or building

We couldn’t speak highly enough of Dean and his team at ExtendPro. From the moment we met with Dean, he listened to our vision and ideas, made valuable suggestions when needed, and worked with us and the architect to deliver a stunning high quality renovation. Dean was pragmatic, open and transparent throughout the process. He kept us updated on progress, let us know about costs (when we made the inevitable variations) and gave great suggestions on fixtures and fittings to help save on cost. A great communicator and always available to answer questions, no matter how small or stupid. Dean also kept to agreed timelines, all of which contributed to a stress free renovation. We couldn’t believe how easy Dean made the building process. Because of Dean and his expertise, we genuinely had a smooth hassle free renovation. Given the chance to do another reno, we wouldn’t hesitate to engage Dean and his highly skilled team at ExtendPro!

We used ExtendPro for our reno in 2022/2023 and could not be happier. A seamless process from beginning to end and we are delighted with our house. Project started on time and finished bang on time. No project creep, the reno was transparently managed as per the gant chart and our house was completed within budget. Dean is an excellent communicator - all text messages / emails / phone calls responded too very promptly. The quality of Dean’s work and the finishing is of a very high standard. Nine months on, no defects to report. A couple of very (very) minor issues that Dean has rectified immediately. Highly recommend Dean and ExtendPro!!!
