  Edgepoint has been giving me good customer service. No building will be without defects but what matters is the builder being prepared to rectify the defects. That Edgepoint has done and not disappointed me so far. Robbie Crumpton has been very easy to deal with. In fact, I wish them every success which they deserve.

  There were defects in the house , however edge point was every prompt is responding to my queries and complaints. James from edge point was very helpful and really does his best to get things done asap. I would have given 5 starts for the service but the house had too many issues as for the new house. I think the issue is with there subcontractors. I request the management of edge point to kindly re visit the quality of the contractors.

  This is my second experience at buying off a plan and I couldn’t be more surprised and happy with the results. Initial consultations with Kevin Brownlee were very easy and he made it a pleasant experience. Site Manager Chris Rose was extremely professional and followed up in great time on all issues that were applicable. Very professional and clearly an expert in his field. I hope the company is aware of the high standard you have provided us with creating our home. Thank you Elizabeth

  We are currently building with Edgepoint Homes at the KAYA estate in Hampton Park. As with all volume builds, you get what you pay for, including delays and changes to finish build dates. Throughout the process the company have been easy to deal with and always efficient in their communication. We have experienced the usual delays as with any build, however Joanne has been very easy to contact throughout the process and has attempted to keep us up to date with any delays or changes. So far so good!

  I just moved into our new house in Hampton Park(Kaya Precinct Two - Edgepoint Homes).I am very happy with the customer service I received from the staff at Edgepoint Homes. From the office staff to the Site Managers out on site, everyone was great to deal with. I always had my queries answered promptly and am very happy with the end product of the construction of our house.
