Joe was really helpful. He helped us pick out tiles, looked at what stone, bath and shower trim colors matched and worked well with the home. Joe is also very knowledgeable about what he does and his pricing is reasonable. We had him quote on two bathroom renos and a feature wall. I’m very impressed with the workmanship and am satisfied. 10/10 would recommend and I will use Demcon for my next renovation project.

I got my bathroom renovated recently by Demcon and we are so thrilled and happy with our new bathroom . The whole process was very smooth from Start to Finish. Joe is very knowledgeable and guided us throughout, right from giving us the quote to advising on the product selection, he was always prompt in replying to all my queries . His team worked seamlessly everyday and are very professional in their work and communication. We are very happy with the result and would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

To write a review concerning our bathroom renovations, I first need to create context. I’m a retired tradesman and engineer from the Army and so I’m admittedly an exacting person who would be a demanding customer. I selected Joe and his company as they provided us the best value for money solution. No, they weren’t the cheapest quote but for what we required they could deliver the best solution at the best price break. I can confidently say that bathroom renovations are the most difficult and costly in a home due to the significant level of compliance regulations and trades required. For this you need a proficient Project Manager you can rely on and I found Joe to be the excellent site manager for our renovations. Most of the expensive quotes from top tier companies factor in latent risks which is the unexpected surprises that may present themselves as wall panels are removed i.e. previous water leaks leading to timber frame rot and or non-compliant piping, drainage. Joe and his company doesn’t operate that way and will only have that conversation with you if these hidden issues arise. For us the Project schedule took longer than planned due to us (the customer) evolving our requirements as the renovations progressed. During this time, Joe patiently worked with us to realise our dream bathrooms. He was engaging and making suggestions and talking through solutions to ensure we were all in agreement. Joe, Daniel and Krish made up most of the core team. They were amicable, polite and always cleaned up after themselves. They avoided crass language and had a healthy sense of humour. By the end of the project I came to see them as friends and felt very comfortable with them working in our house. Joe was well networked with bathroom suppliers of quality cabinets, bathroom fittings etc. I suggest when looking for tiles you spend a lot of your time looking around and then finally visit James in his tile shop (Joe will provide the address) where you will find top quality tiles for a fraction of the cost - or you could save time and simply go straight to James’s Tile shop. At the end of the day, if you can ask yourself whether you would have been prepared to pay more for the finished product and the answer is an unreserved “Yes” then you know you’ve made the right choice. I certainly know we did and would recommend Joe and his team without hesitation.

Joe delivered a stunning bathroom for us. His price was very competitive, the quality of the work was outstanding, and most importantly, it was delivered on time. All of his trades team were polite and respectful.

We had our apartment kitchen renovated by Demcon and are really thrilled with the result. I appreciated how Joseph guided us through the process, gave advice when we asked for it, and answered my many queries promptly. I will recommend Joseph and the team at Demcon to my friends and colleagues.

The renovated bathroom for our elderly, disabled mother was completed within the designated time frame. Joe and his team were highly professional and communicative throughout the whole process. They sought our opinion and safety suggestions and then took them on board. Mum is delighted with her new bathroom which now has wheel chair access.
