We are so thankful to Creation Homes for building our beautiful new home so quickly and with such great care. From the start, the whole team was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how fast everything was completed without compromising on quality. Every detail shows how professional and dedicated the team is. We really love our new home and couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you, Creation Homes, for your hard work, professionalism, and for making our dream home come true earlier than we expected!

Wonderful experience with Creation Homes. Although it has been a long journey with them since we booked our house and land package but the end result was wonderful and hassle free. The team at Creation homes are wonderful people to deal with (from the managers, communication team and handover team). The best part is that our house was built before the given timeframe with no compromise to quality. Looking forward to dealing with Creation Homes again

Creation homes were very professional. I built my first home through them and I am very happy with the built. They took actions to fix all the minor defects before handover which was well received.

Overall, I would have to say I’m very happy with my build through Creation Homes. All of my faults have been correctly and their team were always polite and accommodating. Initially I was shocked when I moved in and found out my hot water system wasn’t installed and I don’t know how it got past final inspection. I had Darbecca do my inspection and provide a reports, Creation Homes corrected everything and was hassle free. Other than a few cosmetic issues, I really am overall happy with the standard of the build. Would recommend

I purchased an OTP home where Creation Homes was the builder. A year later the air conditioner started leaking and mould started to form. This was because a contractor has used the wrong pipes. This has caused a lot of grief and concerns. Mark Elsayed who was the warranty manager was so helpful. He had great communication and addressed every issue that resulted from the leak. He organised the trades, and was also very mindful of my personal space and worded the tradesmen up to ensure my space is respected. Although this took quite awhile due to waiting for materials, Mark ensured that all the works were completed satisfactorily before closing this out. It would have been a much more arduous process if it wasn’t for Mark - considering the circumstance, I feel blessed that he was appointed as the Warranty Supervisor/Manager over my case.
