  We decided to knock down and rebuild in the area that we currently live in and I was introduced to Cramer Design. My wife and I gave Dan Cramer a specific brief of what we wanted in our two double storey town houses. We had several must-haves to be incorporated and Dan listened to our requirements. Cramer Design’s collaborative and flexible approach enabled us to achieve our objectives. We made some changes along the way and they accommodated our ideas whilst suggesting better ways to incorporate them. The end result was a contemporary design that still retained the classic look & feel we had wanted. Dan Cramer is great to work with. He provided valuable advise on materials and offered recommendations on Structural Engineers, Soil Experts, Building Surveyors and other support services. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cramer Design. Dan Cramer is knowledgeable and experienced. He demonstrated a good understanding of our requirements and was readily forthcoming with ideas.   We were referred to Cramer Design through family and have not been disappointed. We are adding a second level to a replica Victorian terrace, and Dan has helped us maximise the space and achieve a stunning modern design while dealing with a challenging council approval process. We are grateful that the team managed the council approval process, as it was long, drawn out and at times frustrating to get across the line. After that, working with Donna on the interior design was lovely and we’re looking forward to moving into the building phase next year. A big thank you to Dan, Donna and Patrick for all of the work to get to this point.

  It was a pleasure to work with Dan and Donna on the design of our new home in Bentleigh East. We engaged Cramer Design for full working drawings and interior design and throughout the whole process they were very professional and knowledgeable. During the documentation stage their help in engaging consultants (building survey, energy rating, soil report etc.) was invaluable. They also assisted us with builder and supplier recommendations. Throughout the building process they were always available for advice and to make any changes required to the plans. The quality of their work was amazing and the architectural and interior designs they delivered for us are both innovative and practical. We would not hesitate in recommending Cramer Design.

  After many years of living in our home, we decided to do a major internal renovation, including adding a deck. Not knowing where to start, we found Donna Reid from Cramer Design. From the moment she walked into our home, you could see her creative mind at work. After discussing our ideas and working closely with us to choose materials, a plan was drawn up, which we were even able to see in 3-D. Donna's vision for our home was fantastic, giving us all we wanted plus more, even though we did initially have some reservations about some of the ideas. Donna recommended a builder, Inca Building Group (previously Emmix) and all went ahead very smoothly. Now completed, the result is way beyond our wildest dreams and, even the ideas that we we unsure about, are just amazing. Having this beautiful home, we now needed help with styling. Donna once again suggested furniture and decorations that were just perfect for our new home. After my first meeting with Dan and viewing his work portfolio I knew I need look no further. Both his service and the quality of his designs were outstanding ! Dan and his team listened carefully to my needs and concerns, then created a magnificent design maximizing the use of the land I purchased to build my dream home.   What can I say, we are downsizers and have the house of our dreams thanks to Dan and his team. We have been in our house for a year now and couldn’t be happier.. Dan and his wife Donna have an eye for detail. During construction Dan was only a phone call away whenever issues arose with our builder. Donna was amazing when it came to choosing the internal finishes.. her choice of finishes and colour scheme made the whole process a lot easier. We are continually complimented on our house by not only family and friends but passers by. We recommend them highly. Maria and Joe
