Central Property Builds were upfront and transparent from the beginning. The inclusions were generous, and all inclusions were clearly costed before contracts were signed, giving us complete confidence from day one. Our home was custom designed around our needs and desires, not a cookie-cutter plan, and the overall quality of the build is well above the rest as a standard, not an upgrade. Throughout the entire process, the team were extremely informative and supportive and made us feel important — not just another client. A special mention to Dom, the Director, who was fantastic from start to finish. His professionalism, genuine care, and hands-on approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We built our home, second one now, with Central Property/ Escape Homes and overall, it was a really great experience. He is very easy to deal with, not only friendly nature but also mentoring whenever needs in each step to achieve our goal and went out of the way to get us needed stuffs during final handover.
