Browns the Building Professionals

We engaged Browns the Building Professionals in early 2023 to discuss removing and replacing our existing verandah and also replacing our front footpath. I found Scot honest and transparent from the get go. Scot guided us through the process of obtaining the building permit (surveyor, engineer, draftsman) and provided us with a realistic quote to reflect the work required to achieve our goal. We begun works at the start of 2024 and everything we set out to do has been completed in a professional and timely manner. I cant stress enough (as a tradesman myself) the importance of honesty and transparency throughout a project such as this. I have appreciated Scot's upfront approach and ensuring we were well informed of the progress of our project. Scot offers quality workmanship and I am thoroughly satisfied with the end result. Scot recently completed a renovation of our ensuite and bathroom. What a pleasure it was to deal with this excellent company. Scot Brown is a true professional and so are the tradesman that work with him. Timeline for our renovation of a bathroom was spot on and he even provided an itinerary of the daily works for each week. Scot has a keen eye for detail and goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a builder. Near enough is not good enough for Scot. We are very grateful for what he was able to achieve.
