from the word go rfs projects have been incredible. from first class service to trouble shooting . every detail is taken care of. purchasing my new build in West Ulverstone Tasmania has been the best thing I've ever done. I've gotten the house I wanted in a very good area plus an enormous block of land . not forgetting all the bells and whistles it came with . ten out of ten .

We would highly recommend RFS to anyone considering building a new home. RFS was a pleasure to deal with and always promptly replied to any queries or answered any questions we had. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. The trades were also amazing, from joiners, brick layers, plasters, electricians to the painters. RFS demonstrates exceptional communication and organisational skills. They plan and think ahead of time, always having the next trade organised before required. From drafting our plans to completion of the build, nothing was a hassle for RFS. What an exceptional company and team to work with. We can not thank Roger, Jaime and the team enough for building our dream home.

Can't believe the service from these guys. It is was scary to make the investment at first, but the guys at RFS were very careful in working to the detail I set out for them. I got more than what I wanted! I am really living in a dream. Thanks RFS!
