JDR recently completed our build and I couldn’t be happier with their service throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Josh was incredibly helpful and transparent especially when I was still in the process of purchasing a block of land. He took the time to assess the suitability of the plan for the block and was upfront about pricing. A special shout-out to Cilla and Michael who were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their communication, professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable. All trades involved did a fantastic job. The build was completed 3 months ahead of schedule, which is very rare in this industry! The selection process was also a breeze thanks to the vendors they partner with. Everyone was friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the various options and helping me make confident decisions. Overall, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to build with them again.

JDR team made our new home building process a smooth & an exciting project. From the first meeting with Josh, till the very end he went out of his way to make our new home just the way we wanted & in some aspects even better. Cilla has been a strength to us always. If you are in the market for a quality builder that is honest, give Josh and his team a call. We got beyond mucked around with another builder in the area and got into contact with JDR homes and it has been a pleasure working in with them. Their team are all very professional, build time was great and communication has been very good. We originally contacted them with a budget we had, and we were promised we could get what we wanted in the house and to their credit they held up to their end of everything. The inclusions in the house were amazing as well which has saved a lot of future headaches. We had a gentleman by the name of Sam managing our project and I honestly cannot fault him at all. He has a great attention for detail and is very good at his job. Our main contact was villa for any questions or bookings we had to do and she is probably up there with the most helpful human I have ever met. If you are in the market for a new home do yourself a favour and give them a quick call, it will save you time, money and you will end up with a better result. If I was to ever build again I would not even bother looking anywhere else. The last thing to add was that nothing has ever been a problem for them. They have always been accommodating to any hurdles we have faced a long the way.
