Clarence is an expert in his field with an extensive knowledge base around many of the building principles that can lead to issues of condensation and mould if not dealt with correctly. He has been very generous and helpful to share this knowledge as he has a passion for the industry and doing things correctly.

My partner left his phone on the roof of our car and Clarence picked it up. I called the phone and he met us to give it back. Clarence was very nice and understanding and gave it back to us with no issues :)
