I had a great experience building with Hotondo. All of the staff are friendly and give great customer service. I was able to change the base design with great suggestions from Vicki and picked out materials not currently available in the showroom with Ashlee. Rowan and Sam take personal interest and responsibility for the entire build. The finished house came in under budget and was constructed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend building with Hotondo to my friends and family.

From the initial contact with the Launceston team at Hotondo to the handover of our brand new home we could not be happier. The service and communication is outstanding and nothing was a problem, all our questions were answered ASAP and the finish product is fantastic. We were amazed with the friendly team environment from the start to finish, the sales team start the process and really make it easy and exciting, the selections team took the stress out of it and provided awesome knowledge and assistance, the main builders are very approachable and informative and the contractors on site were friendly and happy. The entire team were professional and more than accommodating to our needs and dreams. We have no hesitation in suggesting Hotondo to others as the "go to builders" and would happily build with them again.
