Zemon and his team were a pleasure to build our extension with. Their passion for sustainable design and use of recycled and reclaimed materials was evident with their many suggestions to minimise the impact of our build on the environment. The quality was excellent, pricing vas very reasonable and they finished the work on time and on budget. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Sustainabuilding.

We had a wonderful building process with Simon and his team at SustainaBuilding. Most appreciated was Simon’s clear communication, respect for the client and close attention to detail. The result is near Passivhaus, excellent quality and performs very well in winter. So far we have only lived here in July and August. We have hydronic underfloor heating and a heat pump for hot water and will be able to manage our electricity with out 15KW solar array and 20KW battery. The House faces north and has a butterfly roof. Thank you Simon and team.

We have engaged Zemon from Sustainabuilding to design an extension for our 1950's Home. Zemon showed great professionalism and a very sound knowledge of the construction industry. He came up with a design which we absolutely loved, was within our budget and brought our home up to a 6 Star energy rating. He was very helpful throughout all stages of the design including working with the engineers and the local council. We were so pleased with Zemons services we have engaged him to project manage our build which has just commenced. We are looking forward to working with him on this project and can't wait to see the finished product. We would highly recommend Sustainabuilding to our family and friends.
