Read moreWe are completely satisfied with the entire building process. We initially worried about customization, as our oddly-shaped block forced us to get creative. However, Karen, our sales consultant, was a revelation. She was the only one who didn’t look at our vision like we were proposing to build a gingerbread house; she genuinely listened and matched our enthusiasm, which, frankly, deserves an award. We even survived the inevitable Council Approval Battle with barely a scratch. The small delay was completely outside your control, and the plan change was handled with such minimal fuss that it felt like you just waved a magic wand. The communication of the process and timelines was excellent, and the construction timeline of seven months was so efficient and was always exciting to see the progress on each visit. While we did cycle through a couple of Building Supervisors the build’s progress never wavered. The final product is superb. We are genuinely happy with the quality, and when friends in the trades industry comment on how great the house is, we know it's not just polite builder envy. Would strongly recommend building with Sarah Homes.

Opened their doors before 11am on Sunday to settle the contract and take care of all options. Definitely a first home owner's dream company. Try them out !
