Probuild repainted our house after smoke damage from a fire. Ellis did an amazing job, and was quick and efficient. The other staff that I dealt with went above and beyond. Event to the point of changing the paint colour that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. This is a late post as the work was done in July last year. I still look at the work and think how great the house looks! Thanks Probuild!

There were a lot of services involved in the repairs on our garage and we were kept informed via phone or email by ProBuild every step of the way. The repairs, once started went smoothly and we are very happy with the end result.

My experience with ProBuild has exceeded all my expectations with regards to dealing with a 3rd party through my insurance claim. My 1st interaction was with the building assessor Jed who was punctual, respectful of my situation & thorough. He assessed the damage and wrote a clear & concise report. The next step was to liaise between Probuild & Virgin Money Insurance to sort out how my claim would be dealt with. Patricia in their head office was a delight to deal with. She sorted out everything for me so that Virgin Money would respect my situation, fulfil their obligation to me and organise a painter to finish off the repairs to my house. It was a smooth process and within a week it was all sorted. The last part was the painting. Probuild sent a painter to my house to repair the walls that were damaged by my water leak. The painter, Jamie, was amazing. Not only did he turn up on time, he had a smile on his face, matched the paint (which I had been quite nervous about as my house was painted 13 years ago & I had no idea of the colour) and seemed to love his job. He left my house perfectly clean, the painting was seamlessly matched and I was SO happy. He had accidentally broken the little security snib on my entrance door, which admittedly is a little tricky to use. I didn’t mention it to him at the time, as he was such a delightful human being & I felt bad that I hadn’t opened the door for him, so that I could have avoided this. But upon calling Patricia to explain what had happened, no questions asked, it was replaced the next day. In all my years of dealing with companies, large & small, in my private life & in business, I’ve never had such an ‘enjoyable’ experience with what could have been a huge headache. I commend all the staff, both at Probuild, Virgin Money Insurance and Premier Painting. Well done to all involved.
