  Grant from Compete Underpinning inspected my property as I thought I needed underpinning. His assessment was that I didn't need to proceed as the cracks would be easily fixed by a plasterer. What refreshing honesty! Saved me over $14000 that another company had quoted. I had another assessment who also agreed with Grant that my cracks didn't warrant that expenditure. Would highly recommend getting this company to inspect your home if you have concerns about cracking and know that you'll get a honest assessment.

It had sunk in the front corner and had some serious slope and massive cracks. 1 week later you could barely tell where the cracks were. Grant was informative down to earth and didn’t beat around the bush when providing a quote and explaining the process. Fantastic work and would not hesitate to recommend him to others who have a similar situation.
