We are very pleased with the result and the entire process working with Prime home improvements. David, Noah and the team communicate excellently from the start to finish. We are especially impressed with their efficiency and how well organised they are. They also took good care of the site and tidied up after their job each day which means a lot to us since we have young children at home. The end result is beyond perfect. They have added this beautiful bathroom attached to our granny flat making the space a lot more functional for our regular visitors. Although there was a minor hiccup when the hot water system didn’t work properly, they came out straightaway on the same day to fix the issue which we are very grateful for 😊 Thank you again David, Noah and the team! Wonderful job!

The exceptional and talented renovation team at Prime Home Improvements delivered excellent results in transforming our ensuite, main bathroom, main toilet and laundry. We were absolutely thrilled with the way our stylish renovated spaces exceeded our expectations! The hard work, professionalism, reliability and craftmanship of David, Noah and the rest of the PHI team made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable one. This includes the significant creative talent and trade contributions made by Garry and Viranun (demolition experts), Connor (plumbing), Mattia and Thomas (tilers), Dvise (electricians), as well as Brad (plasterer), Cosimo (silicone), Frank (painter), Ron (cabinet joiner) and their colleagues. We are thankful for the PHI team's dedication to quality and excellence that was evident in every detail, as well as their efforts to meet our renovation designs, budget and timeframes. We were especially grateful for Noah's outstanding site supervision, project management and customer relationship skills, coupled with his admirable work ethic, extensive renovation expertise and desire to go the extra mile. Noah stood out as a person of decency and integrity, making our dealings with him always a pleasure. The same applied to his father David who, as a co-founder and director of the company, made our home renovation quoting, contract and progress payments experience transparent and easy. Any minor onsite questions were quickly responded to and effectively dealt with by Noah or other team members. We also appreciated David and Noah's personal recommendations on trusted suppliers who we found to be just as professional. We would have no hesitation recommending PHI to family, friends or other prospective clients.

Absolutely thrilled with our bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation. From the beginning to the end - David Papalia who did the design, Noah Papalia who was site supervisor and all tradies (Gary and Bernard demolition, Matt and Tom tilers, Connor plumber, Jason and Talia electricians and sealant man - sorry can’t remember name) - all were on time, professional, skilled at trades and left no mess behind. Noah visited site regularly and kept us constantly informed of next steps. Any questions we had were answered without delay (even on a weekend when we said no need to reply until Monday). We have no hesitation in recommending Prime Home Improvements. Thanks David, Noah and team!

I have just used this firm to renovate my laundry and upstairs bathroom . They have been excellent . I got two quotes and they were about the same as the other two but I was impressed with David who did the initial quotes and gave me some helpful suggestions which I followed . I had seen their work at a friend's house and was impressed and my friends gave them high praise . They started when they said they would . Mando the manager of the works rang me everyday to tell me what was going to happen the next day and what time the workman would arrive . The tradesmen were excellent , polite and respectful of my property and cleaned up after they had finished . Obviously with any building work there are minor hick ups and mine was no exception . The finished product looks great and I could not be happier . If you have home improvements that you are contemplating don't go anywhere else .. This mob are first rate .
