We have been in our brand new home for a week now and what a beautiful home it is! We couldn’t be happier. Choosing a turn-key home was perfect for our busy lifestyle — all the hard work was done for us, making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. It all started with a call to view a home in Roseworthy. Will - The property consultant answered and was incredibly flexible and accommodating, arranging a viewing for us at short notice. That’s when we found our forever home! Will is exceptional at what he does — professional, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, leaving no question unanswered. You can tell his genuine nature is perfect for this role. We also had fantastic communication from Atticus and a very thorough inspection with Dion, which gave us great confidence every step of the way. We are delighted with our recent purchase of a turnkey home from Liberty Homes in Allenby Gardens. The location, situated by the river, is fantastic and the appeal of a gated community was a significant draw. The home offered an excellent floorplan, and the quality of the build is evident. We want to specifically thank Charmaine and Atticus for their outstanding support throughout the purchasing process. Their responsiveness to our many questions, flexibility in arranging multiple house viewings ("one more look"), and helpful provision of additional information were greatly appreciated and ultimately put us at ease with this significant investment. We recently purchased a turn-key home from Liberty Homes, and the entire experience has been absolutely seamless from start to finish. The quality of the build is incredible — everything from the finishes to the appliances feels thoughtfully chosen and exceptionally well done. The home came fitted with high-quality inclusions like a 90cm oven, 90cm stovetop and dishwasher. One of the standout parts of the process was being given a 3-month period after settlement to address any maintenance items. It has been such a relief knowing we could work through any minor teething issues with support. A special mention to Atticus who has been extremely helpful through the whole process, and answered all our burning questions. We were also blown away by the generous gifts we received: a French-door fridge, Ring doorbell with chime, Google WiFi extenders, coasters and even a beautiful bottle of gin. These extra touches really made the whole experience feel special. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new home or the service we’ve received. Highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Liberty Home.

We moved into our Liberty Homes build 3 months ago and have been super happy with the whole experience. The biggest positive for us was how quick and smooth the turnaround was — from viewing the house, to moving in — all within 90 days. Being a new build, and first home buyers we were also eligible for the different government scheme supports, which was a great bonus. A special mention to Atticus for always being reliable, prompt with replies, and happy to answer every question we threw at him. Also a big thankyou to Tom, who made sure the house was finished to a high standard before handover — we genuinely appreciated the attention to detail. Since moving in, the team has continued to be helpful. Any small issues we’ve raised have been fixed quickly and without hassle. Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Liberty Homes and would definitely recommend them!

His communication was impeccable, he went above and beyond, whether it was arranging extra viewings for my husband or giving us access to measure for window furnishings. Once we moved into the settlement stage, Atticus took over and continued the same high standard of service. He was always responsive, patient with my many questions, and incredibly helpful with every request. The build quality itself has exceeded our expectations, my husband is a carpenter and very particular, and even he’s impressed! The attention to detail and the luxurious finishes make the home feel truly special. We’re absolutely in love with it and so grateful to Liberty Homes for such a smooth and enjoyable journey.
