The project was completed competently and efficiently with great attention to finishing detail and aesthetic appeal.   This is the second pergola we have had John and his staff build for us. In both cases, we couldn't have asked for better service, design and timeliness of completion. John and his tradespeople are a credit to his business. They are friendly, helpful, informative and provide great advice on design amendments. They have a real eye for detail and in addition, the workplace is left spotlessly clean and pavers cut and replaced. The finished products were everything we hoped for and more!! They have provided great areas for endless hours of entertaining. Karen and I would thoroughly recommend Ideal Pergolas and Decks, John and his staff to anyone considering installing any decking or a pergola.
