Kai, Braden and the team at Forcon Building Group have been wonderful to work with. Their communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Their quality of work speaks for itself, and I’m still amazed at how clean they keep the worksite 🤩. I can’t wait to work with the team again in the near future and I highly recommend them.

From the moment Kai dropped by to see the space and prepare a quote for us we felt in great hands, thanks to his calm, confident and measured approach. It turns out the rest of his team follow suit and everything felt very smooth and easy, particularly having them all in our home every morning from 7am and our two young lads always trying to chat with and spy on them (sorry, guys!). They were so friendly and professional but, most importantly, they did an amazing job on our kitchen/lounge/dining space renovation with great efficiency and attention to detail. Braden even dropped by late one night to swap out an uncovered old stained floorboard for us in time for the floors being done the next day. Will add some pics when I have some good ones!

Kai completed a kitchen renovation at my property and did an exceptional job. He listened to my needs and bought my vision to life. I cannot thank him enough for perfectly installing the wooden shelves that I envisioned in my kitchen for years! I would recommend Kai to anyone who wants a renovation completed. He is professional and a great communicator on top of being a fantastic builder. His team was amazing & I had a 10/10 experience.
