  Over a period of 25 years, this will be my third build with Fairmont Homes. Why do I keep coming back? Simply - Fairmont builds a well constructed, well finished home at a reasonable price. Our first home was entirely constructed whilst we were interstate - it was a custom build to our own plans and it was perfect. We returned and rebuilt in 2010 - again a special design to our requirements and, again, perfect. So, the build is good - but beyond that Fairmont has excellent sales consultants who work with you to create your perfect home, they are very transparent about pricing and this continues to selections where the specialist Selections consultants help you to find the look you are after within the budget you specify. They also deliver the homes as close to their orginal estimates as can be managed allowing for weather etc. So, thats why I am currently embarking on home no. 3 - excited to see the finished product!

  We found a house plan in the signature range with Fairmont that we loved, but due to our triangular block, we needed to make quite a few customisations. Fairmont and Les were very accommodating with the redesign, allowing us to add and remove features as needed, and answered all our questions. Custom houses take more time but once it was drawn up, their pricing and quality stood out compared to other builders we looked at. Before signing, we visited the selections studio to browse, and the free promotional upgrades are a nice bonus. The standard range of colours and tiles is extensive and modern. After waiting over a year for our land to be titled, we did have to cover inflation-related costs, but that’s expected across the industry. Our engineering report came through, and the slab cost matched the original estimate —which is great at how accurate they are! As first-time builders, we’ve found the process smooth and straightforward. We’re so excited for our dream house!

  Fairmont Homes have been very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process so far. Even after some bumps in the road, they were willing to support, work within my budget and jointly problem solve to resolve the issue. I knew what I wanted and Fairmont were willing to work with me and my needs to create a home design that meets my needs now and into the future.

  We built two homes with Fairmont after demolishing our old house. Having now been in ours for about three months, we don't regret building with Fairmont. Our initial contact was with Luke Townsend who is a credit to this company. He is the main reason we are so happy with the end result. We love our house. The build process was relatively smooth and took 12 months from the time of the slab pour. When we received the keys we found several issues that needed addressing. One was the absence of our cutlery tray. This was not a major issue, but unfortunately that's how Fairmont treated it. In the end, I had to drive quite a distance to the kitchen supplier to solve this problem myself. For this reason, and just the general attitude from the lady we dealt with whenever something was raised (she has now left the company), I've deducted one star. Overall, our experience with Fairmont has been a positive one, albeit certainly not perfect.
